My eQuals enables you to access and share your official transcripts and degree documents online.

Anytime and anywhere.

Here is how it works:

Order a document from my university

• Start at universities page of the My eQuals website
• Follow link to your University
• Follow My eQuals document ordering instructions (specific to the University)
• You will receive an email from the university when your document has been issued

Create a My equals account
(one of two methods)

• Follow instructions in email sent to you by the University (specific to the University)
• Complete My eQuals account creation screen (email address pre-populated)
• Receive activation email and activate account
• Documents are displayed

Sharing my Document

• Create a link and send this link via an email send from the My eQuals system to the address you specify (preferred)
• Create a link and copy this link to use in your own email
• Share to a “registered organisation” (limited options currently)
• PDF download

Setting up your profile and linking personal email/social media accounts
